Take 99 (old 220) east towards Bedford. Exit onto #23 Roaring Spring and follow Rt. 36 south. Turn left onto Rt. 164 east and follow through Martinsburg and over Cove Mountain. At the foot of the mountain, turn left onto Rt. 26 north and follow for about ten miles. You will come to Rt. 994 (look for a yellow blinking light). Turn right onto Rt. 994 east. Follow Rt. 994 for about six miles and you will cross over the lake bridges. You will pass Lake Raystown Resort and Hemlock Hideaway will be the next campground on your right (go straight through the intersection for Trough Creek State Park).
